We are Su Legal Group.

It was Silicon Valley 2002. The tech market crashed, and I had left the international law firm I worked for. A former client called me. He asked me if I could advise his company. I referred him back to the law firm. It was the client who then educated me…

He replied that the firm is not his lawyer, I am. I advised his company since its angel round of financing and was familiar with both its business and product strategies. He needed a pragmatic lawyer he can trust to review commercial contracts at a reasonable rate.

At a time when starting a new business seemed risky, Su Legal Group was launched to address the gaps in the legal services that the market demanded and still demands.

Like you, we are entrepreneurs in the practice of law.

By keeping our overhead to a minimum through eliminating the use of an office, staff, and junior lawyers, we provide partner level legal services to you at a fraction of the cost of traditional law firms. This cost efficiently allows us to work closer with your company.

Our expertise ranges from general commercial contracts to technology licensing to privacy law. Generally, these are the types of services an in-house counsel will provide. We are essentially an "external" in-house counsel for our clients.

We have represented our clients on a single commercial contract to multiple technology transactions. The deal amounts range from thousands to millions of dollars across multiple continents. Our clients range from start ups to public companies. Some of the companies Jessica has represented are Meta, Salesforce, eBay, Verizon, and Accenture and a long list of private start ups.

We act as the GC for some clients and support other clients’ legal departments. We understand the needs of nimble startups to multinational public companies.

With our broad expertise, we customize our legal services to fit your legal needs.
